It was a bloody day for a man selling fuel by the roadside (Black-marketer) as he was beaten to pulp on Christmas Day by a motorist and one other on transit in Lokoja, Kogi state capital. The fighters who constituted nuisance that caused traffic on the Lokoja-Ajaokuta highway, according to eyewitnesses, engaged in a bloody fight as the black-marketer was overpowered because he was alone in the fight.


According to reports, Ugochukwu Onuh, a roadside black-market fuel dealer was given life-threatening beating for over ten minutes by the merciless motorist and his co-traveller until he was lucky to be rescued by some patrolling security operatives.

The fight according to the witnesses, who declined to give their names, began when the black-marketer hopped on the motorist Toyota Jeep with Lagos number EKY104 DQ and smashed its windscreen because he thought the motorist was trying to make away with his money after he had served the vehicle with ten litres of petrol.






Ugochukwu, who was in the pool of his own blood after he was beaten blue black by the motorist and his co-traveller, said that he smashed the windscreen to make the driver to allow him to alight from their moving vehicle.


  The wounded 'Black market' dealer, Ugochukwu, the motorist identified as Emeka and his brother were arrested by the security operatives and were handed over to officers at the Kogi State Command of the Nigerian Police.

You must be willing to start small… Those boys you see pushing Range Rover, Mercedes Benz, Porshe and many other expensive cars started with cars like Toyota Pencil, Honda EOD, Toyota Corolla, Toyota Camry, Honda Baby Boy and the likes.  Those guys you see living in a Mansion, they started from Face me I slap you, Self Contain, 2 Bed-room Flat and later move into their own Mansion. 

Start small and Dream Big 😎  Don’t get Frustrated – Take it one step at a time. You don’t know them when they were still struggling to become somebody. You only knew or notice them when their trees started bearing fruits.  When I started Naijaloaded and my other businesses and was still praying to God to bless my Hustle, I sometimes get worried when I see young boys/men driving big cars and doing something amazing but I never get frustrated. 

Most times, I go back home feeling down and bittered asking God when my own blessings will come 😩😩 … but I never thought of giving up.  Once I get home, I sit in front of my Laptop and work like it’s gonna be my last day on Earth. Sincerely speaking, am living far better than I prayed for now and I know God will do same for everyone of you striving to become great.

 Stop asking yourself this kind of questions 👇
  * When will I blow and become great in Life? 
 *Can my hustle/business fetch me enough money to buy this kind of Car or build this kind of a House?

  No dream is too big not matter how small your Salary or Income is – If God wants it to happen, it will happen surprisingly and better than you expected. You just need to do your own part well by working hard and praying continuously.  I remember when I was driving my Honda EOD, I was saving seriously to get a Toyota Camry and then God in his mercy blessed me with a Venza and later to a Mercedes Benz and then many other lovely rides now.  Just keep moving! I have friends who started doing amazing things before me.

 I never felt bad then because I know everyone has his/her own time to flourish but God in his infinite mercy bestow upon me something more bigger than theirs..  Am not saying this to show off but to let you know that just because someone started doing something great or started making money before you means that person will be richer than you.

Be happy for those God bless today because yours is coming tomorrow and might be bigger than theirs.  God bless only those who are truly happy for others when they achieve something great. Don’t feel pained, don’t feel bad, don’t feel bitter – Yours is Coming bigger pretty soon!  We all will get to the Promise Land sooner than we pray for and also make our Parents proud forever 🙏  Stay Humble no matter how fat your Bank Account is.

Police in Lagos have arrested a physically-challenged beggar, Godwin Fawehinmi, for allegedly being in possession of different types of guns.  The suspect was arrested by detectives attached to Area M Police Command, Idimu, Egbeda area of the state at the weekend. 

The suspect, who is crippled, it was learnt, usually begs for alms on the street on a daily basis. However, it came to many as a surprise when a gun was recovered from him.  After a thorough search of his bag, a locally-made gun was discovered in it.  Thereafter, several guns, according to the police, were discovered in Fawehinmi’s house at Alhaji Sadiku Street, Akowonjo, Egbeda. 

During interrogation, the suspect was said to have declined to mention the source and his mission with the guns.  A source said some residents of the area where the man usually sits to beg for alms, noticed different people that visit him on a daily basis look suspicious. That was why they informed the police, the source added. 

A police source said Fawehinmi might be keeping the gun for some armed robbers and pretended to be a beggar.  The source, however, said the suspect had been transferred to Special Anti-Robbery Squad (SARS) office, Ikeja at the state Police Command Headquarters for further investigation.  The state Police Public Relations Officer (PPRO), SP Chike Oti, confirmed Fawehinmi’s arrest. 

He said: “The crippled was arrested based on credible information available to the Commissioner of Police, Imohinmi Edgal, who now ordered that the man mentioned in the intelligence report be arrested.  “The operatives of the command went after him, conducted search in his house and premises and recovered different types of guns, axes, machetes and other weapons. Investigation is still on-going.”

It was an interesting day on Friday, December 15 at University of Lagos (UNILAG) as super-talented Nigerian artiste, Falz the Bahd Guy showed up at the school’s radio station, UNILAG FM and had an interesting on-air chat with the Head of Presenters, Lamu.

A new report has emerged detailing how Nigerian and other African immigrants are sold as slaves for a mere $400 in North Africa.




 A new documentary captured by the International Organisation for Migration [IOM], an arm of the United Nations [UN], has revealed how Nigerian immigrants are sold for $400 in some North African countries, particularly Libya.

According to the documentary that was run by the CNN, the thriving slave market is a well-organized syndicate where the male immigrants are sold to work in farms and mines while the ladies are sold as sex slaves.  The report corroborates an earlier statement released by IOM in April 2017, after an intensive and underground investigation.



 The IOM statement had posited that its staff in the Niger Republic and Libya documented the shocking events on North African migrant routes, which they have described as slave markets tormenting hundreds of young Africans desperate to get to Europe through Libya.



According to IOM's Director of Operations and Emergency, Mohammed Abdiker, the situation is so dire, adding that 'some reports are truly horrifying and the latest reports of slave markets for migrants can be added to a long list of outrages.'


The statement added that IOM Libya learned of other kidnapping cases like those IOM Niger has knowledge of.  CNN reporters who also participated in the investigations in Tripoli, the Libyan capital while armed with concealed cameras, revealed that about a dozen people were auctioned in the space of six or seven minutes.


One of the traders dressed in a camouflage gear and holding a man was reported to have said:  “Does anybody need a digger? This is a digger, a big strong man, he’ll dig. What am I bid, what am I bid?”  Ready buyers were said to have raised their hands as the price rose:  “500, 550, 600, 650.


 And within minutes, the deals were concluded and the men, utterly resigned to their fate, were being handed over to their new masters,” CNN adds.



he video evidence has been handed over to Libyan authorities who are currently carrying out a clampdown on smugglers.  An official with Libya’s Anti-Illegal Immigration Agency, First Lieutenant Naser Hazam, told CNN that he has not witnessed a slave auction, but acknowledged that organized gangs are operating smuggling rings in the country.


 “They fill a boat with 100 people; those people may or may not make it. The smuggler does not care as long as he gets the money, and the migrant may get to Europe or die at sea,” Hazam told the CNN reporters.

The Joint Admissions and Matriculation Board (JAMB) has announced the date for the commencement of the 2018 sales of registration form. 

This was disclosed by Prof. Oloyede during a meeting in Abuja with the heads of tertiary institutions and other stakeholders involved in the conduct of the UTME exam.

 According to him, the 2018 sales of UTME Form will begin by November 22nd, 2017 and will run till January 22, 2018. The Board also announced that its mock exams will run from between January 22 and 27, 2018. 

JAMB encouraged candidates interested in mock exam to register on or before December 31 and also indicate interest during the registration so they could be allowed to sit for the mock exam. 

The registration fee for Nigerian candidates is fixed at Five Thousand Naira (N5000) while the registration for foreign candidates has been slashed from over 100 dollars to 20 dollars. 

He mentioned that some changes have been put in place to strengthen the credibility of the exam system.  “For instance, the Board has eliminated the use emails during registration and replaced it with the use of telephone numbers for easy and secured interaction with the candidates.” He added. 

He noted that the Board has penciled down about 620 Computer Based Centres (CBT), for the registration of candidates

All is now been set as the Editor of the famous Yoruba weekly tabloid, Alariya Oodua Magazine, Mr Kunle Babarinde will be launching an historical Yoruba book titled: YORUBA NI TOOTO (The Real Yorubas).
