GOODS WITH BILLIONS OF GOODS BURNT DOWN AT BENIN
The mall after the fire
Around 12 am on Friday, December 11, a fire started a popular shopping mall in Edo state. The mall known as Phill-Hallmark Supermarket, in Oredo local government area of Benin was razed completely.
Goods worth billions of naira were destroyed in the fire. The razed supermarket houses several sections, including a boutique, bakery, food and beverages as well as home appliances.
Firemen from the Nigerian air force and the university of Benin visited the scene and eventually put off the fire by 11.30am.
Mrs Grace one of the mall's customer, expressed displeasure over what she described as a poor response by the authorities in extinguishing the fire.
She said: “I came to shop. But I am shocked because from what Hallmark has, this is running into billions. How can a place like Hallmark burn down like this?”
According to Punch, the Edo government has ordered a full scale probe of the cause of the fire that gutted the only ultra modern shopping mall in Benin.

The United States of America’s, USA, Republican Presidential hopeful, Donald Trump, has taken a swipe at political leaders in Africa on account of the level of corruption and economic backwardness in the continent.
He maintained that African leaders are bad examples for leadership and recommended that the continent be re-colonized again.
“Look at African countries like Nigeria or Kenya for instance, those people are stealing from their own government and go to invest the money in foreign countries. “How do you trust even those who have ran away to hide here at the United States hiding behind education? I hear they abuse me in their blogs, but I don’t care because even the internet they are using is ours and we can decide to switch it off from this side.
“These are people who import everything including matchsticks. In my opinion, most of these African countries ought to be recolonized again for another 100 years, because they know nothing about leadership and self governance”, Trump stated.
Trump is no stranger to controversies, and he appears to like the status of a controversial man.
Recall he proposed recently to ban migration of Muslims into the United States, threatened to withdraw his £700 million of investments in the United Kingdom if he is prevented from entering the country and was rumoured to have said blacks were lazy fools, only good at eating, lovemaking and thuggery.
While the allegation that he called blacks “lazy fools” has been described as false, he has revealed his intention towards some black leaders if he eventually becomes American President.
According to political observers, Trump has already hinted plans at jailing some sit-tight African leaders who have been ruling their countries for a long time. Trump reportedly said this while addressing American war veterans in Washington.
Robert Mugabe of Zimbabwe and Yoweri Museveni of Uganda have topped the list. Robert Mugabe, 91, has been ruling Zimbabwe since 1980, while Museveni, 71, has been ruling Uganda since 1986.

“I want to reiterate here before America’s greatest heroes that I will not condone any dictatorial tendencies exhibited by dictators around the world especially the two old men from Zimbabwe and Uganda.

How to Download Paid Google Apps for Free
As an android user, chances are that at one point or the other you had read of a nice app and you suddenly rush to Google play store to download the app only to find out that app is not free.
I have been there before and I can tell it’s not a nice experience at all. Well if you have the money to buy the app from the vendor on play
store you should have no issues paying a few dollars for the app after all. But for those who are not too buoyant, you can still download any paid app on Google play store

1. Do a Google search and Download the app called GetApk Market. And Install it.
2. After installation, simply run the
app and then close it.
3. Now navigate to your Google play Store and locate any premium app you will like to download.
4. Then scroll down to where they wrote SHARE THIS and click on it. This will pop up options containing a list of channels you can share to..
5. In the options, Scroll down till you see Getapk among the option. And then click on GET.
6. Then choose first or second link to initial the download and ALLOW it to load and redirect you to the mirror link from where you can download

SAD: Etisalat Social Me and Chat pack is now Data Capped
Hey Guys! this is one of the Saddest news so far! because Etisalat has now join the Mtn crew, this is how Mtn stop BBlited and i think that Etisalat is about doing the same thing concerning this Smart pack plan.
this early morning I was browsing and suddenly i received this annoying message from Etisalat which says
and immediately my VPN disconnected and never connected again since then till now.
and this has left me no choice than to say that The Social Me and Chat pack is now Data capped, i don't know if am the only one but i use more than 1Gb every day and i don't or can't really say the Amount of MB it capped to, but all i know is that it is now Capped and we can't do anything about that.
Just want to let you guys know about it, but is there anyone of you still using yours? Kindly let us know via the comment Box.

Gbam! NCC To Fine MTN & Others N5 Million Over Unsolicited Messages & Calls
think every Nigerian can relate to this and it is about time NCC took the right step! According to a report by Leadership, NCC has said they would fine any operator found guilty of sending unsolicited messages or calls to its customers a sum of N5 million. NCC plans to sanction any telco that refuses to implement the shortcode of 2442 for subscribers to opt-in to the “Do Not Disturb” (DND) database restricting unsolicited marketing messages on or before the 30th of June. According to the report
NCC in a letter dated April 19, 2016 warned MTN, Airtel, Globacom, Etisalat, Smile, Natcoms (Ntel), Visafone, Starcomms, Multilinks, Gamjitel, Danjay Telecoms, Gicell Wireless Ltd and Megatech Engineering Ltd that they should implement the DND restricting telemarketing their MSISDNs including the use of web-based solutions as opt-out measures.
The regulator said it shall be mandatory for mobile operators to create sufficient awareness to its subscribers on the existence of the DND on their networks; that they shall also comply with the quarterly and reporting template prescribed by the NCC to ensure feedback and compliance.
Although, NCC has not completely abolished unsolicited messages as they have warned that generated SMS must comply with the 8am to 8pm stipulation (12 hour period), but subscribers now have the opportunity to easily opt-out of any messages they don’t want (Which is everything).

I don’t know who press their mumu button just in such a time like this when MTN is busy releasing cheap data plan, Airtel is busy scrapping their own unlimited timely base data plan. A lot of people complained bitterly about this yesterday night. Someone else tried it this morning and the normal 1hr unlimited plan of N100 and he was charged N500, called CC and he was told that the price has been revisited.
The question is how can they revisit the price without any prior notice to this? 3Hrs and 6Hrs plan refuse to work. If you have anything heavy file to download, you'll need to wait until this is resolved except you have a better alternative to this.
Those of you that has been using this plan, did you succeed in activating yours last night?

5 Problems of LG G5 and How to Fix them All
The LG G5 was a significant departure from the norm for LG, with their latest flagship being the first device from the company to feature an all metal construction. Secondly, the unique rear button layout is no more as well, and while the home button, with a fingerprint scanner embedded into it is still found on the back, the volume rocker has been moved to a more traditional placement on the side. Finally, and of course, most interestingly, the LG G5 is also the first of its kind to offer some form of modular capabilities. This has been achieved courtesy of a removable bottom chin, that apart from allowing LG to retain staple features like a replaceable battery, can also be changed to something else, like a physical camera control unit or an audio DAC. If you are in the market for something unique, the LG G5 is certainly the device for you.
However, like any other smartphone or tablet, the LG G5 is not without its fair share of problems. Which is why, we’ve rounded up some of the common issues that plague LG G5 owners, and offer potential solutions on how to fix them!
Disclaimer: Not every LG G5 owner will face these problems, and in all likelihood, you won’t come across any of these issues at all.
Quite a few users have complained about seeing significant backlight bleed, with bright spots appearing around the corners and sides of the display. Some users have also reported seeing distortion on the display with only a little bit of pressure is applied.

==> You can check if there is a problem with the proximity sensor itself. Download an app like Aida64 from the Google Play Store. Go to the Sensors section and look for the Proximity sensor. Hold your hand over the sensor, and the value should switch between 5 cm and 0 cm for far and near respectively.
==> To re-calibrate the sensor, dial *#546368#*860# (the last three digits, 860 in this case, is the model number of your LG G5), then go to Device test – SAAT – Service Menu Manual Test – key press test – cal start. This will re-calibrate the proximity sensor.
Problem #4 – Connectivity issues
As is the case with any new device, you may find yourself facing some connectivity issues with Bluetooth and Wi-Fi. Bluetooth issues seem to be especially prominent with the LG G5.
Potential solutions:
Wi-Fi issues
==> Turn the device and the router off for at least ten seconds, then turn them back and retry the connection.
==> Go to Settings – Power savingand ensure that this option is turned off.
==> Use the Wi-Fi Analyzer to check how crowded your channel is, and switch to a better option.

==>Turn off the phone and restart it. When the LG logo appears, press and hold the volume down key until you see the home screen, which should take it into Safe Mode.
==> When the phone is on, press and hold the power button till the shutdown options appear. Press and hold the “Power off” option till a confirmation pops up and tap OK. This will boot the device into Safe Mode.
Hardware control mode
If the display of the phone is broken or damaged, you can still perform some basic functions using the hardware buttons.
==> Turn off the phone.
==> Press and hold the power button and both volume keys together for more than 10 seconds to enable the hardware key control mode.
==> Press the volume keys to scroll to the option you want, and press the power button to confirm.
==> To answer a call, you can now press both volume keys at the same time to do so.
==> to end a call, press the power button during the call.
==> To stop the alarm, press and hold the volume keys together when the alarm rings.

Problem #1 – Backlight bleed

Hold your hand over the sensor, and the value should switch between 5 cm and 0 cm for far and near respectively.
==> To re-calibrate the sensor, dial *#546368#*860# (the last three digits, 860 in this case, is the model number of your LG G5), then go to Device test – SAAT – Service Menu Manual Test – key press test – cal start. This will re-calibrate the proximity sensor.
Problem #4 – Connectivity issues
As is the case with any new device, you may find yourself facing some connectivity issues with Bluetooth and Wi-Fi. Bluetooth issues seem to be especially prominent with the LG G5.
Potential solutions:
Wi-Fi issues
==> Turn the device and the router off for at least ten seconds, then turn them back and retry the connection.
==> Go to Settings – Power savingand ensure that this option is turned off.

==> Go to Settings – Bluetooth and ensure nothing needs changing
